Placing an order and Delivery
Currently we only accept orders within Singapore. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you wish to buy before your order can be accepted. Delivery is usually between 4-7 working days. Our products are subject to acceptance and availability. Should we be unable to meet these delivery times, we shall contact you and a full refund or exchange will be offered. We dispatch all our delivery by SingPost – no signature required. We will deliver the goods to the Singapore address you specified. It is important that this address is accurate as we cannot accept liability for delivery to an incorrect address/postcode supplied by the customer. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to your item once delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We must be notified of breakages or other damage in writing or by email within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive your item within 30 days of the date on when it was dispatched, we will have no liability.
Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, PayPal, Visa Credit and Visa Debit cards. Your order will only be processed on our receipt of fully cleared funds. In the event of payment not being fully cleared, we will wait until such funds clear before processing your order.
If you believe that an item is in unsatisfactory condition on arrival or does not meet your requirements, please contact us immediately via email or in writing. Purchases made more than 30 days will not be considered for replacement.
Use and collection of personal information
We take your privacy very seriously. In processing your order, we will only use your personal information to respond to your enquiries, process deliveries and payments, and to communicate with you regarding product updates and promotional offers. We will never release your personal information to any third party.
