How do I place my order?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept bank transfer and online payment using credit/debit card online, and PayPal.

Where to collect my order?

We normally arrange a meet-ups or we can send your order via mail (additional fees apply).

The item I want is out of stock/not found on the website, when will you make it available?

We offer custom-made bagpillows meaning what you need may not be necessarily found our website. Use the order form to submit your request and we will produce one especially for you!

Where is your physical store located?

Currently, we only have a ‘virtual’ catalog, an online store. Our entire product line is online, we do not have a physical store front. Having a store front will incur substantially higher overhead cost which in turn would mean higher prices for everyone. Our intention is to provide the lowest possible prices with excellent customer service and support.

Do you offer refund or exchange?

We do not offer refunds but we offer exchange on a case-by-case basis. If you believe that an item is in unsatisfactory condition on arrival or does not meet your requirements, please contact us immediately via email or in writing. Notice on purchases made more than 30 days will not be honoured.
